Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken breast
- 150 g broccoli
- 50 g carrot
- 3 g Black pepper
- 3 g White pepper
- 2 g Salt
- 5 g Cooking wine
- 5 g thin soy sauce
- 5 g Oyster sauce
- 10 g garlic
- 10 g ginger
- 50 g tomato
Instructions
- Dice chicken breast, cut broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes
- Put salt, cooking wine, thin soy sauce, white pepper and black pepper on the chicken breast, stir well, and marinate for a while
- Blanch broccoli and carrots with hot water in a pot, remove and set aside
