3. High phosphorus food

And calcium in the body can also combine with phosphorus to form hydroxyapatite, which can easily cause vascular calcification. Common foods with high phosphorus content include processed meats, fried foods, carbonated beverages, etc.
4. Big fish, big meat
The fat content in big fish and meat is high, and long-term intake can lead to an excess of free fatty acids in the body. When combined with calcium, insoluble soap calcium is generated, which is not conducive to calcium absorption. And the protein content in these foods is also high. As mentioned earlier, excessive intake of protein is also detrimental to calcium absorption, so it is necessary to control the intake in daily life.
