Ingredients
Strawberry Jam
- 350 g Strawberry
- 50 g White sugar
- 40 g lemon
Blueberry Jam
- 200 g blueberry
- 5 g White sugar
- 20 ml Lemon juice
Instructions
- Strawberry washed
- Cut into 1cm squares
- Add sugar and mix well
- Pinch with your hands and let it stand for half an hour.Low heat
- Stir frequently during cooking to prevent sticking to the pan, Skim the surface
- Cook for about half an hour, with a thin sauce on the shovel
- Add lemon juice
- Continue to cook for about ten minutes. The thick sauce can be hung on the shovel and it can be bottled. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate.
- Blueberries washed and drained
- Add sugar
- Use a spoon to rot or mash it with a fork to turn it into a cricket, then let it stand for half an hour
- Add to a pot, add lemon juice and cook over low heat
- Keep stirring while cooking
- About half an hour, the thick sauce is hung on the shovel and it can be bottled
Notes
- The bottle containing the sauce must be boiled with water and dried before it can be filled. This is more hygienic and allows the sauce to be kept for a long time.
- The amount of strawberry jam is about 2/3 full in a 250ml jar. If 500g of strawberries are filled, the blueberries are filled in ordinary glass bottles. Estimate
- Consider the amount of sugar. If you like sweetness, you can add a little more.
