Ingredients
- 100 g Potato
- 50 g green chili
- 2 tsp thin soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 5 g white sugar
- 10 g oyster sauce
- salt right amount
- starch right amount
- garlic right amount
- shallot right amount
- vegetable oil right amount
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients you need.
- Peel and cut potatoes, and cut green peppers, green onions and garlic.
- Pour the right amount of cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is 70% hot, put the cut potato pieces into the pot and fry until the surface becomes hard.
- Remove the fried potatoes and set aside.
