Instructions
- A bag of dried kelp silk, this is too much after 120g of soaking, can be divided into two, 60g once.
- The cold water soaks, the Taomi water I use.
- See if 120g dried kelp silk can make a big pot, wash it clean, there will be several times to wash the sand, kelp silk is too long, you can cut it a little shorter.
- Then cook in the pot, make sure to make it softer, otherwise it is hard and unpalatable to mix. After cooking, rinse it with cold water. The last time use cool white or pure water to control the dry water for use.
- Shred ginger, press garlic into hibiscus, and cut parsley into sections.
- Put a small spoonful of oil in the pan and slowly simmer the ginger.
- Add a tablespoon of tempeh and chili sauce and stir, turn off the heat. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, garlic, sesame, and salt into juice, you can adjust the taste of sourness
- Add kelp silk and coriander and mix well.
- Start serving. The flavor will be better after the refrigerator is sealed and stored.
