The potato chips of this dish are tender on the outside and tender on the inside. Served with bacon, red and green chili.

Ingredients
- 250 g Potatoes
- 100 g Bacon
- 150 g onion
- 20 g green chili
- 10 g red chili
- 10 g garlic
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients. Three potatoes, one bacon, one onion, a few fresh green and red chili, and an appropriate amount of garlic.
- Wash the bacon and slice it on the pot and steam for ten minutes
- After the potatoes are sliced, pass water to remove the starch on the surface, cut the onion, cut the green and red chili, and slice the garlic.
- Pour oil into the pot and add potato chips when it is hot for six layers. Take out when the surface is yellowish when frying.
- Put the onion in the bottom of the pot.
- Put a little oil in the wok, add bacon slices when the oil is hot, stir fry, then add garlic slices, chili, and Lao Gan Ma and stir fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Notes
1. When choosing potatoes, don't be too big. Small and slightly longer is the best choice for this dish.
2. Bacon can also be replaced with pork belly. But personally feel that bacon has more flavor.
