How to cook Fried eggplant box?
Ingredients
- 400 g eggplant
- 150 g Pork belly Minced meat
- 50 g egg
- Millet chili sauce right amount
- High gluten flour right amount
- starch right amount
- ginger right amount
- pepper powder right amount
- cooking wine right amount
- oyster sauce right amount
- vegetable oil right amount
- salt right amount
Instructions
- Add appropriate amount of ginger, salt, pepper, cooking wine, oyster sauce and other seasonings to the meat
