Ingredients

  • 500 g Old tofu
  • 8 g soy sauce
  • 12 g crystal sugar
  • 5 g oyster sauce
  • 3 g Zanthoxylum bungeanum
  • 3 g Star anise

Instructions

  • The old tofu is cut into cubes and fried to a golden surface, then removed and set aside
