Ingredients
- 200 g spinach
- 200 g Pork liver
- 10 g ginger
- 5 g wolfberry
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 3 g salt
- 3 g chicken essence
- 15 ml thin soy sauce
- 15 ml Cooking wine
- 5 ml White vinegar
- 20 g Starch
- 1200 ml water
Instructions
- Prepare materials
- Wash pig liver, put it in clean water, add a little white vinegar and soak for 1 hour
- Wash the pig liver, cut into thin slices and then wash again, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes; remove the spinach from the roots and wash and cut into long sections; wash the wolfberry and soak the hair with water; wash with ginger, Shred.
