Ingredients
- 1600 g Yellow peach Peeled and pitted net weight
- 320 g crystal sugar
- 4 g salt
Instructions
- Before cooking the yellow peach, we first need to disinfect the bottle. Put the cleaned bottle into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water. After boiling it on high heat, add the bottle cap and rubber ring, continue to cook for 3 minutes, and then take out the moisture control. This step must be done. Do it well in advance
- Wash and peel the yellow peaches and use your favorite method to get the peach meat!
- Rinse the peach and add 4 grams of salt and blisters for 5 minutes
- Remove the peach meat and put it in the pot, and put rock sugar on it. I used a large piece of yellow rock sugar to knock into small pieces in advance. Add fresh water that has just been soaked in the peach meat. If you like to drink dessert, you can add a little bit more.
- Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. The peaches cooked at this time are just right.
- Fill the pre-sterilized bottle while it is still hot. Cover the peach with sugar and water, tighten the lid and let it cool. These steps must be done in one go to achieve the vacuum, (It will be very hot during operation. It is recommended to pack a towel or bring insulated gloves.) It can be stored in a cool place after cooling. I can store it for up to eight months. If I eat it immediately, refrigerate for a night after cooling. Peach meat is more delicious after fusion!
Notes
The ratio of peach to sugar is 5: 1
