- 15 soy sauce
- 10 parsley
- 20 Minced garlic
- 20 vinegar
- 10 white sugar
- 10 Chili oil
- 10 Scallion
- 10 Salad oil
Instructions
- Chopped minced garlic, combined with previous experience, minced garlic is more aromatic than garlic
- The hot salad oil in the pot is poured on the minced garlic
- Add 1 scoop of soy sauce
- Add 2 spoons of vinegar
- Add half a spoon of sesame oil
- Add half a spoon of sugar
- Add the right amount of chili oil
- Add half spoon Minced shallot
- Add half a spoon of parsley
- Stir it all together, add white sesame seeds and add some white sesame seeds

Chili oil is homemade. It is chili oil with only salt. It can keep chili oil fresh.
