Ingrédients

  • 48 g water
  • 75 g Strawberry jam

Instructions

  • Separate eggs, Egg liquid, 30g sugar, beat, wet foam

  • Sift the low-gluten flour into the egg yolk paste and turn it into a batter, which will be very thick
  • Add water to batter and stir slowly until well mixed

  • Preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance and grease the baking sheet

Notes

The reason why I mix the batter first and then add water is that I find it easier to mix without dry powder, everyone can try it.
My baking pan is 22 * 28. If everyone's baking pan is much larger, please lower the baking time or oven temperature appropriately.
