- 1.5 g salt
- 4 g pepper powder
- 3 g Chicken essence
- 10 g Paprika
- 5 g vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients and mix all the seasonings. I ’m more spicy, so I added more paprika
- Soak the potato slices in cold water and set aside
- Boil half a pot of water
- Put the sliced potato chips and cook them for about six or seven seconds. Turn off the heat as soon as the color changes. This depends mainly on the thickness of the potato chips and personal preference.
- Place the cooked potato chips in a large bowl and pour the seasoning you just prepared (don't spread evenly, just put on the potatoes)
- Burn a little hot oil and pour on the seasoning
- Mix well and enjoy
