Ingrédients
- 600 g Radish
- 80 carrot
- 10 g White vinegar
- 10 g white vinegar
- 3 g salt
- 15 g Thai chili
- 8 g lemon
Instructions
- Prepare all materials (pictured)
- Peel and dice carrots, and dice white radishes with skin and marinate for one hour. Then squeeze out the water.
- Add sugar, salt (according to personal adjustment) white vinegar, thai chili, lemon (lemon can be ignored), mix all the ingredients.
- Drain into a clean container with a lid and place in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. The taste is better after the second day.
