Korean spicy cabbage is simply stir-fried with pork belly. The pork belly is soaked in the hotness of the spicy cabbage. The spicy cabbage absorbs the fat of the pork belly and has a mellow taste. It is served with rice and noodles.

Less oil in the pot
Put the pork belly in low heat and stir yellow on both sides to get the fat
Put the meat out or push it aside, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant

Stir fry until there is no vapor, about 1-2 minutes, add a spoonful of sesame oil and fry slightly

Pour the spicy cabbage soup, stir fry over high heat to collect the juice
When the juice is thick, add the shallots and stir well.
Notes
Spicy cabbage itself contains salt and sugar, so I did not add extra salt and sugar to this dish. Please add it as appropriate if you are heavy.
