Instructions
Duck blood cut into pieces, leek cut into pieces
Put the water in the pot and boil, add the duck blood and cook for two to three minutes.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add garlic slices and ginger shreds to the oil, stir fragrant
Add bean paste and stir-fry well
Add duck blood and stir-fry well, add 1 g of salt
Add the leeks and fry until the leeks change color, turn off the heat
