Open the back of shrimp to shrimp line, peel the shell into shrimp, add half a spoon of salt, cooking wine marinate for a while
Use a planer to remove the hard skin from the lower half of the asparagus (don't cut the tender part of the upper half) and cut into diagonal segments
Heat up the wok with oil, throw in the asparagus, throw in the shrimps (it is not a problem to throw in together), fry until the shrimps turn red, add a spoonful of salt, and fry for a while
