Instructions
Cut broccoli florets soak in brine for 5 minutes and wash
Soak the fungus in advance, slice the ham, chop the green onion, and mince the garlic.
Add water to the pot and boil, add a little salt, add the broccoli to blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain the water for later use
Put oil in the pot, add green onion and garlic until fragrant
