Instructions
Prepare all materials (pictured)
Peel and dice carrots, and dice white radishes with skin and marinate for one hour. Then squeeze out the water.
Add sugar, salt (according to personal adjustment) white vinegar, thai chili, lemon (lemon can be ignored), mix all the ingredients.
Drain into a clean container with a lid and place in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. The taste is better after the second day.
