Instructions
First make a braised sauce: 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon thick soy sauce.
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
right amount salt
right amount starch
Half a bowl of water, mix well and set aside
2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into hob blocks, rinsed and soaked in water for 3 minutes
Minced shallots
Put the potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
