Ingredients
- 50 g Spring bamboo shoots
- 20 g Soy sauce
- 15 g Sugar
- 15 g salt
- 10 g cooking wine
Instructions
- Remove the outer skin of the spring bamboo shoots and wash them.
- First cut into two or three pieces with the middle.
- Then cut into hob blocks.
- Boil water in a pot, blanch the bamboo shoots for about three minutes and remove them for use.
- Take a small bowl, mix the dark soy sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar and salt, and add some water to mix.
- Put the amount of cooking oil in the pan or slightly more oil than usual. Put the bamboo shoots in the pan and stir-fry on medium-high heat. Stir fry until the bamboo shoots are slightly browned.
- Add the mixed sauce.
- Continue to stir fry evenly. If there is more sauce, you can use a small amount of starch water to thicken the sauce. If the sauce is not too much, stir evenly and you can get out of the pot.
- Serve it on the plate, sprinkle some chopped green onion for decoration, and the delicious braised spring bamboo shoots will be just fine. The method is the simplest, but the taste is very good!
