How to cook Chinese wife cake?
Ingredients

Instructions
- Wax gourd making. 250 grams of winter melon are broken with a food processor.
- Cook with 10 grams of sugar until very sticky, making 120 grams of Wax gourd.
- Stir in 25 grams of lard
- 100 grams of cooked glutinous rice flour, add 120 grams of Wax gourd, add 80 grams of white sugar, 15 grams of coconut, 10 grams of white sesame, 20 grams of salad oil, and 40 grams of warm water (depending on the humidity of the winter melon sauce, add water). Mix well into the filling.
- Making oil crust: Mix flour and lard with sugar powder, mix with water, and mix well. Cover the plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.
- Crisp: Add lard to the flour and mix to make a pastry.
- After the dough is loosened, the pastry is divided into 15 pieces each.
- Take a piece of oil skin and flatten it into a circle.
- Place the pastry dough in the center of the dough, and lift it up like a small steamed bun.
- Wrap it and close it with the mouth facing downwards. Cover all 15 with plastic wrap. Press the damp cloth on the plastic wrap to ensure that the dough does not dry out. Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the quiet dough and roll it into a circular shape, making it as long as possible. The effect will be better.
- After rolling out, roll up from top to bottom.
- wake up for 20 minutes. (Every time you wake up, cover the plastic wrap and wet the towel with plastic wrap.)
- Squeeze the dough.
- Roll out again and roll into a vertebral circle.
- Roll up again.
- Roll the dough all over, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes.

- Stick both ends to the middle.
- Roll out into a circle and roll thinner at the edges.
- Wrap the filling in the middle.
- Wrap it, close it down, roll it into round pancakes, and place in a baking sheet.
