Ingredients
- 50 g Chicken wings
- 25 g garlic
- 15 g oyster sauce
- 10 g soy sauce
- 15 g honey
- 2 g salt
- 20 g Cooking wine
- 1 g White pepper
- 2 g White sesame
Instructions
- Soak chicken wings for 20 minutes to remove blood, rinse well, and drain water.
- Slice the chicken wings 2 to 3 for easy taste.
- Add garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, white pepper
- Pour hot water and stir well
- Pour the chicken wings into the mixed sauce, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a day
- Marinated chicken wings, use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture, and only color when fried. Turn on medium heat, pour a little cooking oil in a non-stick pan, and add chicken wings when the oil is hot
- Fry chicken wings on both sides until golden brown
- Add boiling water with chicken wings and stir slightly
- Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes on medium heat
- After stewing, open the fire and collect the juice, completely dry, and let the sauce hang on the chicken wings

Notes
- If the marinating time is not enough, marinate for at least 1 hour, it is recommended to refrigerate overnight to taste better.
- If you make more than one at a time, you can fry the chicken wings several times. Do not pan all at once.
