- 300 g Pork belly
- 1/3 radish
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Burdock
- 1 Onion
- 2 Potatoes
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Shallot

Instructions
- Vegetables are cut into pieces
- Grated ginger, sliced garlic
- Put the vegetable oil in the pot, fry the garlic first, then add the Burdock (Medium fire)
