Weight loss snacks – oatmeal cookies

Oatmeal cookies – Very little oil really. The sugar content is also very good. Brown sugar can be replaced with white sugar. But I prefer brown sugar. Low heat content. Most importantly, it really smells great when paired with oats. Whole oatmeal. very healthy. Come with me when you’re craving. Absolutely no pressure.

Ingredients

  • 50 g egg about one egg
  • 170 g oatmeal
  • 40 g honey
  • 35 g brown sugar
  • 10 g milk powder
  • 10 g corn oil

Instructions

  • Beat up the eggs
  • Then add honey in sequence. Corn oil. Powdered Milk. Brown sugar. (Every time you add something, stir well before adding another. Finally, stir the brown sugar until there are no obvious large particles.)
  • After stirring the liquid, add oats. Stir to make it mixed evenly. (Stir more. Let the liquid wrap the oats more evenly.)
  • Mix the oats and you can start hugging them together. Take a small spoonful of oats and place it in your palm for them to hug into a ball. Try to compact as much as possible. Just don't be too thick by 1cm. This recipe can make about 30 small cakes. Place the baking tray lined with oiled paper.
  • Start preheating the oven according to the speed of your hands and feet when making cakes. Preheat at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn the preheated oven back to 160 degrees. (Opening the oven will quickly cool down. So I like to preheat it at a slightly higher temperature.) Put the cookies in and bake for 20 minutes. Be sure to place it in the middle and lower layers, or cover the cookies with tin foil, otherwise it may burn! Just take out the cooling (adjust the time and temperature according to the personality of your oven)
  • Due to many friends mentioning the problem of crispy exterior and soft interior after baking, it is recommended to bake at low temperature for a long time. This way, it won't burn and can be fully baked and cooked. Since everyone's oven temperature is different, I won't give you any advice on how much temperature it should be, because my oven usually makes cranberry cookies at 140 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes

Notes

The viscosity of oatmeal mixed according to the recipe should be just right. Because of the help of eggs. So it doesn't require much oil to have good viscosity. The sweetness is also very good. If you still find it too sweet. Let's further reduce the amount of sugar.
