- 200 g broccoli
- 150 g fungus
- 100 g Ham
- 25 g Shallots and garlic
- thin soy sauce Right amount
- Oyster sauce Right amount
Instructions
- Cut broccoli florets soak in brine for 5 minutes and wash
- Soak the fungus in advance, slice the ham, chop the green onion, and mince the garlic.
- Add water to the pot and boil, add a little salt, add the broccoli to blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain the water for later use
- Put oil in the pot, add green onion and garlic until fragrant
